VIvid Light Festival 2011

So earlier this year the amazing Sydney vivid light festival was on! The Opera House looked amazing, and had an amazing time with all the photographers there. However, I completely about the whole event and the photos I took (and never blogged about till now) until a few weeks back after going over for a cup of coffee to a friends house and saw my.. MY photograph enlarged on canvas occupying her living room wall! I must say I was extremely flattered!

What an afternoon! Hot. Steamy. Wet. and oh so so crazy! But what a champ! Nick plucked up the courage to not only let me photograph his tattoo but photograph him in the shower... I am sure a few girls will enjoy the perve!

So today instead of studying for an up coming exam I just really wanted to take my camera out and experiment with a new lens my boss gave me to try out; Canon 50mm 1.5. So of course I like to explore concepts.. so im hoping this works! 

Laura + Seymen's Engagement Session

Zombie Walk Portraits 2011

 The word zombies already bring shivers to my body! But today I gathered my courage and ventured off to the Zombie walk held in Hyde Park, Sydney. And glad I did! The amount of effort people put into their make up and costumes was amazing.. and so unbelievably real! It certainly feels like the spirit of  Halloween!
